Our drivers are expected to be punctual and reliable. Late arrivals impact the entire operation and will result in appropriate consequences. To mitigate potential disruptions, we maintain a roster of backup personnel, ensuring smooth operations even in the face of unforeseen challenges such as driver callouts.
